Booking and travel terms.
Review these general points before confirming a vehicle or tour package. The final written quotation takes priority for each booking.
Booking requirements
Passengers may be asked to provide valid government-issued identification before travel. A booking is confirmed only after availability is checked and the required advance is received.
Payment schedule
- 10% advance may be requested to block the vehicle unless a different amount is stated.
- 50% may be payable before the journey begins.
- The remaining balance may be payable before final drop.
The final quotation may specify a different schedule for hotel bookings, large groups or special arrangements.
Travel conditions
Route, timing and sightseeing order may change because of traffic, weather, road restrictions, local regulations or operational conditions. Extra usage, waiting, toll, parking and permit charges are governed by the confirmed quotation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before travel may be considered for a refund after deducting applicable costs. Hotel and third-party cancellation rules apply separately. Eligible refunds are normally processed within 3–7 working days.
